to people who want to save on their health benefits.  They respond to
our ad campaign either by email, phone call or by registering on our
website.  We call these interested individuals back and follow a very
short script where we fill out their benefit membership application.  
We fill out this form electronically over the internet and Ameriplan
takes it from there.  They service the benefit members 100%.  So, a
5 minute call results in a commission check and repeat monthly
residual income.  You never call this customer back and they contact
Ameriplan should they have any questions or concerns.

Approximately 70% of Americans are either not insured or are under
insured.  We've helped over 1.7 million of them save on their
benefits.  

No insurance license is needed and you do not need to have
an understanding of the health care industry.
 We provide you
training on our health care packages and that is all that is needed to
become successful in this business.

SECOND INCOME GENERATOR - RECRUITER:  We find others who
would like the opportunity to earn an income from their home.

Individuals who wish to have a more flexible schedule, stop living
paycheck-to-paycheck, have more family time or simply save for

ad campaign and register online for more information.  These calls

TOPs PROGRAM:  In addition to the two great opportunities listed
above, Ameriplan added the TOPs program (Trainer Optional
Program).  This package is completely optional but does allow our
team members to increase their 'Front-End' income quickly with 3
new Bonus programs and our Triple Advances.  All of our leaders
and many of our new team members are choosing to select this
option.  Now, in addition to our great back-end income (our residual
income) we now receive amazing bonuses!  (See information on the

NO PRODUCTS.  We simply handle the paperwork for
Ameriplan through the comfort of our homes.  We just call people
who have requested more information - just like you did.  We are the
'middle man' setting up people's memberships and brokerships with
Ameriplan.

Basic Health:  A combination of the Dental Plus and Basic Health
Packages.  $49.95/month

Basic Health Plus:  The Basic Health Package with additional services
including Legal, Identity Theft and Auto Club.  $59.95/month.

How WE GET PAID
Three 'Back-End' Payment Methods

COMMISSIONS:  Ameriplan pays on every application that is submitted.  An
application for a new benefit member pays
$35-$107 based upon which
benefit plan was selected.  You receive this commission for just typing up their
application and submitting it over the internet to our corporate offices in
Dallas.  Once the package is submitted, Ameriplan will service that customer
for you 100%.  Recruiting a new team member for Ameriplan pays $90.  

All checks are cut immediately and are mailed out to you within 24-48 hours.

LIFETIME RESIDUAL INCOME:  The second method of payment is a residual
income.  This income is paid out on the 18th of the month and contains
payment for every piece of business you have put on the books since you
started with Ameriplan.  Ameriplan tallies all the memberships and team
members currently on the books and provides you with 30% of their monthly
fees.  It doesn't matter if you introduced them to the company last month or
several years ago.  You continue to get paid for your work month after month,
year after year.

As an example, let's say you helped a family save on their medical health
benefits 2 years ago.  You received a commission of $107 immediately.    
Every month this family pays it's monthly fee of $60 to Ameriplan, you receive
30% or $12 of that $60.  Now, imagine that you signed 10 new benefit
members a month for the next 2 years...for the next 5 years...etc.  That
residual income really starts to grow!

OVERRIDES:  Bringing on team members is the third way to quickly grow your
income.  Ameriplan thanks you for introducing new team members to the
company by providing overrides on that team member's business.  

Four 'Front-End' Payment Methods (TOPs Participants)

In Addition to the three 'Back-End' Payment Methods described above, TOPs
(Trainer Optional Package) Participants also receive 'Front-End' Payments.

TRIPLE ADVANCES:  Receive 3 times the commissions for the first 3 Dental
Plus memberships signed with in the first 18 days.  A total of $324 Earned in
just a few days.

BUSINESS BUILDER BONUS:  Each time a new TOPs participant places their
first 3 Dental Plus Memberships and receives their Triple Advances, their
enroller receives a $285 Bonus.

MEMBERSHIP ACQUISITION BONUS:  Receive $50 - $250 each time a new
TOPs participant achieves their Triple Advances.  Bonus amount is based on
individual's level of management.  This is an UNLIMITED LEVEL BONUS,
meaning the bonus is paid regardless of how many levels down the Triple
Advance is paid.

MATCHING MEMBERSHIP ACQUISITION BONUS:  In addition to receiving
the regular Membership Acquisition Bonus listed above, individuals receive an
override matching bonus on their team's total Membership Acquisition Bonus.
Ameriplan provides a Broker Kit to all new team members. An additional
TOPs Bonus Package is sent to all TOPs participants.  These are sent to you
immediately and should arrive in 3-4 business days.

BASIC KIT:

Sent to all new team members.  It has all the tools you need to set up your
home office, including brochures, DVDs, enrollment forms and $50 back in
company credit.  The investment cost of the kit is $25 with a registration fee
of $20 for a total of $45.

Again, it provides 'Front-End' Bonuses and Triple Advanced Pay.  Cost of the
Add-On TOPs package an additional $400.  Total cost is $400 plus the Basic
kit of $45 for a total of $445.

  • 5 Months of the $50 Monthly Service Fee is paid
  • $750 in Sales Aid Certificates (Store Credit)
  • Reduced Convention Pricing

MONTHLY SERVICE FEE:

The Monthly Service fee is due for all team members including those in the
TOPs program.  This fee covers:

  • Marketing Websites
  • Servicing of Benefit Members (Ameriplan sends out the benefit cards,
    the do all customer support, collection of fees, etc.  They are open 60
    hours per week including Saturdays.)
  • Maintenance of the websites and email address is done by Ameriplan.  
  • Our families receive the Dental Plus Package which includes dental,
    vision, prescription and chiropractic benefits.
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
  • The monthly service fee can be taken from your paycheck going
    forward, but the first monthly fee is due when your application is
    processed.  The monthly fee plus the cost of the broker kit is $95 to
    get your new career started and just $495 with the TOPs program.
